Thank you to everyone who joined us for ProsTIC26. More than 550 delegates from 26 countries came to Melbourne for three days of presentations, case-based tumour boards and genuinely open discussion, and the calibre of people in the room reflected just how quickly this field is moving. My thanks goes to our international and Australian faculty, to the nurses and technologists who joined our pre-conference sessions, and especially to the patients, families and advocates who took part in the consumer session and opened our scientific program. Keeping their experience at the centre of the conversation is the reason we do this work.
