Abstracts will be assessed as they are submitted, with acceptance or decline decisions made within two weeks of submission.
A limited number of abstracts will be considered for oral presentation in the main program.

Abstract Guidelines
Abstract Layout:
#ProsTIC26 is pleased to be accepting abstracts for poster presentation. A small number of abstracts (abstracts considered of an exceptional standard by the review committee) will be offered an opportunity for oral rapid fire presentations.
Maximum 500 words.
Requested category: poster only or oral
All abstracts must be presented in English and be a piece of original work (encore abstracts are permitted).
There is a maximum of 500 words for the abstract, excluding references
You will be asked to identify one presenting author during the abstract submission process.
Abstracts submitted for presentation will be published exactly as submitted. All submissions should be checked for accuracy and spelling prior to submission.
Please ensure that all authors are included in your abstract in the order you would like the names to appear.
Please do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract, or a similar topic. Consider combining them into one submission.
You will be sent an acknowledgement email once your abstract submission is complete and submitted. If you do not receive this acknowledgement email, please contact the conference secretariat via email prostic26@tphe.com.au .
Abstract submissions will be reviewed regularly by the committee and you will be advised of your acceptance (or not) within 14-21 business days after submission. The acceptance email will contain all the information you need to prepare your poster.
The final deadline for submission is 5 June 2026.

Poster Guidelines
If your poster is accepted, you agree to register and attend the Preceptorship in person in Melbourne for the full duration of the event. You are also responsible for printing your poster and bringing it with you to the venue prior to the start of the conference.
Registration
Submitters must be registered and attend #ProsTIC26 in person to be eligible to present.
You are responsible for travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the presentation.
